Editor's Letter

Here we are with the utmost excitement to be back among our public.

Time is crucial when it comes to fashion and style. Dressing yourself just enough to feel alive this new spring.

As Aristotle says: "Substance, in the truest and primary and most definite sense of the word, is that which is neither predicable of a subject nor present in a subject.”

Everyday life may be utterly routine and boring at times, but this spring feels romantic!

Of course, the sheer trend becoming dominant is giving us late-afternoon cocktail vibes. From Valentino's hand-sewn cutout flower dresses to the asymmetrical Rokh skirts, the overall of their outfits was a statement of the free woman, not scared to lose her esthetical figure, to express what she is and who she is.

The intimate. The not-seen. The not-understood self is still moving. It is still us. The structures of a Spring-Summer RTW 2024 display that there are no structures to hold onto anymore. Growing from Fall 2024 trends, I think runway fashion has become comfortable. Cryptography of clothing is not what we used to see. This spring, let pragmatic outfits alongside blouses and broad-shoulder jackets sleep elsewhere.

The Modern self-assured women's era is rocking the runaways, and if you have left any vintage oversized jacket in the closet, it is time to fashion it with pencil skirts or sheer skirts. The other trends concede in

belts and more Belts. Tops made out of belts, skirts, and blazers. As seen in Schiaparelli's 2024 couture. It is still the trench coat momentum, and the runaways were particularly giving them attention during the Fashion Weeks; From Paris to New York this Spring, Dolce, and Gabbana sheer see-through trench coats both in beige and in black, Bottega Veneta's luxury pastel trench, glittery brilliant trenches seen on the 2024 Fashion Weeks, as in Hermes, Valentino, Gucci etc.

The see-through dresses, sheer, chiffon, or lace in black, beige, white, and red, are the most common through the trends, something you will be seeing all spring and summer. The Dolce and Gabbana corset signature dress has become very popular among bloggers and fashion socialites. The corset or bustier tops, dresses, or whichever newly crafted and artistically designed outfit is currently at its peak of popularity as one of the most talked-about pieces in fashion history. Cinema Stars, models, and public figures are embracing the bustier concept and fashion pieces more and more. Maybe it is time for you to try, too?!

Why do we like to dress better? Or cool? Or fashionably fresh?
As a result of socio-communication, in a consumer society, where dresses replace dresses every night and day to look better?
No.
We try to walk large scales to dress better and absorb fashion as if it were a capsule, because we need to feel better within ourselves, as we work and climb scales every day to meet society's expectations. It is not a rule; It is a norm. Thriving for fashion is thriving to live better and feel better.
Thriving for fashion is thriving for life. Thriving to exist in the crowded streets, at work, or on the red carpet, etc.
The need for acknowledgment is essential to communicate that we are indeed here.
We ask who we are, why we exist, or where the next day is taking us.
We dress for remembrance and then for protection. To protect ourselves from the idea of who we are and who we are not.

Seeking comfort in the familiar amidst hardship and navigating challenges posed by parasites.
that is the world of Ela, the principal character enters, with her grandmother. A mysterious road that begins on a common night on Christmas.

The book starts with Ela, a cook in Vienna, travelling home from work. That night her
grandmother wants to tell Ela the story of how her husband died and how Ela’s parents died. She only tells her granddaughter half the story, she gets sick after telling how her husband and one of her children died, so they take a train to the hospital. This very train sends them to the underworld where a magical journey begins. Flashiness never will get mortality anywhere.

The underworld is made of churches, mosques, people hurt from the past, angels,
demons, pyramids, and witchcraft. People swam in the seas of the underworld for centuries. A full and bloody moon. Spirits in chaos. They have lost count of the fallen. They do not care if it all eliminates itself into pieces. It is time to follow the hero and Ela. Ela is the key; she must save the people from the underworld. They must see and breathe in the winds and red skies of the fallen. Where it stops hurting. Where it starts making sense. Where they see the hero as the only archetype left to be. To save themselves from the madness. Words have fallen and the people of the underworld are not only impulses. They are meaningful. Meaningless walks around the cursed filled by routine creatures. This is not all there is. The Blood Moon stands and swims through the skies. There is no meaningful betrayal. There is instinct and there is power, and there is lust. The bushes still keep reminding them this is not all there is. Meaninglessness walks around the same corner. It is Ela, her grandmother, the Hero of her people, the Mother of Peace, the Queen of Trust, and The Holy Spirit, which appears and reappears in the shape of a bird, a journalist, a painter, and people who fight against the devils and creatures of the underworld. The Hero leads them. The characters are depicted by their professions and characteristics as dead people who are fighting in a parallel world to save the light and their souls.

The book is divided into three parts:

• The beginning; Before entering the underworld.
• The underworld; Where the events take place.
• The ending; The moral of the book.

In the lands of death, the kings and founders of patriarchy are dead. With the smell of
absence and uncertainty, the fields cry. It was an endless winter full of betrayals and
blindness. When the exiled demons founded their establishments, they endlessly tried to torture their victims, they knew more of their death and less of justice and violent tales of killed villainous victims. They knew less of their ending. They knew less of their low powers, and of the true power they never possessed. It is the cry of the Earth that entangles the fields and forests. It is time. When you are unfaithful to the ones who gave you breath you are bound to be detached from it. These are the morals we get from a journey that looks to never end, right in the lands of the dead.

The author Angelina Marku introduces us to a science fiction book, where the canon of
good and light wins and gives importance to people. The book peaks at the fallen kings
of patriarchy who were killed in their colosseum. The one they want to keep hanging,
when has already been dead.
A new era is beginning, but there is a need to end the process of patriarchy, yet they
keep walking with the hope of rising. Time is tricky and the characters need to fight constantly to
reach the salvation of the spirit. Ela and her grandmother need to reach the world of the living
and return to their world. For this, they have to fight battle after battle. They kill the leader of evil, It reminds me of Dan Brown and his mysterious plots, which keep us waiting to read more and more. It is a book adaptive to those who love mystery, epics, and science fiction. Love is the fire itself. But sometimes it is death. Sometimes it is the most significant particle of time outside the border of pain. And sometimes a fit of anger, an edge of time and darkness. I do not always write about edgy novels, but this is a particular one full of life in the underworld, and what is necessary to underline for the readers is the morals of the book. The story promotes love and peace as the canons of human life, contrasting human will. To breathe and breathe as the curses fill the flesh of the devil. The Earth is still alive and rising. We all have a dark side projected in our mirror. The King is not a subject of marketing. What the archetype of the King means in this middle - underworld is the Hero, he is a saviour, a fighter, the first in line to protect his people, and the one to love Ela. This is the last time they are hurt. Perhaps, they finally learn to breathe and stand together in front of the predator. Each time parasites robbed her, each time they suffocated her with trash, each time they killed and robbed the souls of her children, made roads and cities out of her flash, Mother Earth prepared her poison. Bit by bit. The pain of her daughters, the dishonour of her cycles, of her body, of her will, did not illude her but strengthened her poison. The devil forgot who is in charge. The sickness within their cursed beings could not feel anything at all. It could not feel the pain and curses of an entire planet. She started pitting. We see this depicted in the book. “As Ela was leaving behind her the underworld, hell and heaven, the ones wanting peace, the ones who desired evil, rich, poor, traitors, faithful ones, dictators and democrats, thieves, honest ones, singers, criers, religious people and atheists, voiceless, insistent, optimists and pessimists, black, white, red and yellow, intelligent and dumb, beautiful and ugly but all equal among them” - writes the author, underlining that it is the will which matters. A tale has its explanation, moral and canon. Are they lost? I believe this kind of reality, the underworld reality has released its illusion and makes the Essence novel, by Angelina Marku a broken wall, not a relic, and not a refined fossil.
The genre of the novel is mystery/horror.

This is Angelina Marku’s first novel. She was born in Gjakovë, Kosovo. Angelina has
taken part in many competitions and has received many prizes.

Global Fashion Progress!

It started as a fresh multicultural meeting at the Hilton Garden in Tirana. From the view of 4SEASONS Magazine on the rubric of Events in Tirana, this particular event was composed of young international people competing in the fields of hair styling and make-up for both men and women.
Global Fashion Progress has been in the field of fashion and styling for quite some time, giving experience and professionalism internationally.
Lidiana Kockici, the president of the GFP group, hosted us at their event, Cup 24, which took place two days in a row in the capital of Albania. The event gathered artists from Poland, Montenegro, Italy, Albania, Kosovo, Turkey, Greece, Spain, and the United Kingdom. They styled their models, both men and women live in front of the spectators.

They have been organizing events where fashion and hair styling collide on live shows.
It is an opportunity for many hairstylists, fashion designers, make-up artists, and products to collaborate producing an interchange of cultures, experiences, and art.

Winner of many international hair styling prizes, Giuseppe Vinacci, and World Vice President of Global Fashion Progress spoke for the magazine in a short interview, where he mentioned his career as one of the best Italian stylists worldwide. In the works of organizing events and runaway shows dedicated to styling, makeup, and fashion in general, the Global Fashion
Progress intercepts young people or even seniors who like to get involved in the world of beauty, so given the pragmatic wording in hair styling, makeup, and design. As a confederation, they allow individuals opportunities to have a profession in this field. Promoting them and their talents happens during particular international events where they can meet and compete with each other and be presented to the public and Beauty companies with which they can collaborate in the future.

Holding multiple runaway episodes in different countries like Poland, Turkey, Montenegro, Italy, Albania, etc. The Global Fashion Progress Confederation is part of the Mode modern world where girls, boys, men, and women set new fashion rules and promote the ones still in the field, styling people worldwide.

Mario Mayer, the President of GFP for the Europe Section, expressed to the magazine the joy and pride he had to introduce for both men and women, a profession that seems to be on the rise in the world of fashion.

“We have been to many places, giving people the opportunity to do something when they didn't have any options or plans for the future,” he spoke for the magazine.
I value opening roads for individuals so they can grow professionally and do something with their inspiration and their role in society.

Fashion is one of the biggest industries in the world, and the rise of many salons, groups, and organizations to make people feel better about themselves, and take care of their body and face routine is what keeps the industry moving and providing professions and more art to come.
Gen Z is evolving industries within the traditional past generations, shaping them into the industries of the future. As a piano playing the right music, the piano of the fashion world industry is involving more and more professional individuals in their melody.

Tiktok
MY DREAM!

The Ukrainian artist exclusively spoke about her new musical direction and whether she will return to shooting fashion videos, which until recently have been garnering millions of views on TikTok.

1. In addition to the vocal path, you decided to do dj-ing. Why did you and what was your motivation?
Synth pop and electro pop are two genres of electronic music I have always loved. I love the fact that there are so many different genres in electronic music. It has always been my dream to cross borders and be an international artist - to reach the audience in Ukraine and all over the world. A Ukrainian example of this is Artbat, one of the most popular DJs and sound producers in the world. As a musician I have always been interested in playing new instruments - first violin, then guitar, then piano! I have always been into DJing, so I decided to add it to my list. As soon as I started to pay more attention to it, I felt that this direction is so exciting and inspiring for me - I do not know how I lived without DJing before. I will definitely do a combination of djing and singing. I think people will love this mix.

2. Since your songs have been on the world charts, do you get letters from your international fans?
I get letters from people all over the world who like my production! I think that the charts are an indication of the listeners' interest in my work. I will keep doing my best to release good, quality and modern music! I do not want to stand still and I will continue to expand my audience even more.

3. Among all Ukrainian artists, you are probably the only one who always wears designer clothes. Is it easy to find ideas for new looks? How does it work?
I have always been a fan of fashion and stylish looks! I really appreciate that I can afford to look how I want to and not how society expects me to. This is the reason why I have designer clothes made for me! I am not tall and often clothes in showrooms simply do not fit me, unfortunately brands see the average human height as 170 cm. In my opinion, this is a big mistake! Because nobody is perfect! Not all people are thin, not all people are tall! All my looks are created by my director Aisha Milevskaya! I am lucky to have such a talented person beside me! The way she sees me, the outfits she creates for me, I consider the highest level of talent and art!

4. The global market is evolving rapidly. What do you think an artist/blogger should look like in 2024? What should they carry and what are the main messages of their work in your opinion?
The whole world is in a state of uncertainty, and people often do not feel as comfortable and safe as they used to! I think artists should convey the message that despite the differences, people all over the world have many beautiful things in common! And this can unite people and lead them to the brighter things within! Music can start to change the world for better!

5. Your previous videos had millions of views on TikTok. In one of your interviews, you said that you were going back to making fashion videos when the time comes.
Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, neither I nor my subscribers had time for fashion videos, so I spent a long time shooting political videos and leading the information front. After a while my followers started asking me to put fashion back on my blog because they realized that war is a long-term thing, that we need to live here and now and look for some positive things in this life. I am very happy about this, fashion for me is not just a thing! It's about feeling, it's about being inspired, it's about creativity! I plan to make even bigger fashion videos in the future! Take them to a whole new level by combining music and fashion in videos!

blogger of the season

The Glorious Fashion Blogger.

She is one of the glorious fashion bloggers! Her style, elegance, and complexity can be compared to Serena Celia van der Woodsen from the movie Gossip Girl. Her fashion sense is unique and is the perfect guide for the Spring season. Dea Vieri is a well-known face in the television industry. She is a source of energy whose profile stands relatable to many 90s girls. With the birth of social media, platforms such as blogs, podcasts, and image-based social media networks like Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat have taken center stage in everyone’s attention in the last decade. Social media has become an essential part of our lives. Many people on social media follow their idols or fashion/lifestyle celebrities. Increasing every day are people becoming more outspoken, giving their opinions, emotions, critiques, and suggestions on social media platforms. I had the opportunity to interview Ms. Vieri for the 2024 Spring issue here is a very inspirational interview. She has some great content that will help you stay on top of the latest fashion trends.

1. “Can you tell us about your Instagram, and what inspired you to start it?”
“When I first created my Instagram account, I never thought I would be a lifestyle blogger someday. I created one to connect with people. As I kept posting and gaining more followers, I thought I should put more effort into it and be an inspiration for other girls, as celebrities were to me. I loved it when they shared parts of their day with me and introduced me to new places, concepts, people, etc., so I wanted to share parts of my life with people who followed me.”

2.” When did you realize you were into fashion?”
“Oh, I always knew. Since I was a little kid. I used to collect magazines, cut outfits that I liked and create a scrapbook. I even went through my little “designer” phase when I was around 11.
I still have the drawings.”

3. “Did any fashion figure inspire you to dress in a specific way? In my college days I used to imitate the “t.A.T.u” music band, putting on bottom square skirts”
“When I was growing up I had a friend, and her mother was a teacher. Every day she would wake up and wear heels and skirts or dresses to work. She always looked like a classy lady. I was inspired to dress like her growing up. More of a minimalistic style. Marilyn Monroe and Lady Diana look alike. Then, I explored the crazy styles of Paris Hilton. I think she’ll always be an icon.”

4. “Tell us a little about yourself, your career as a fashion blogger, and your plans for the future.”
“I will be 27 in August. I studied economics and worked for about two years as a flight attendant. As a fashion blogger, I always try to look different and bring something different whether my hairstyle, make-up, putting together random clothes, or even getting custom-made outfits that I wear to different events. The most crucial part is being creative and figuring out what fits you best and hides your little flaws. I still have not figured out my plans for the future, I am enjoying my life every day, taking new opportunities. Right now I am writing a podcast project, and hoping I can implement it as soon as possible. Of course, it will have fashion included as well.”

5. “Many trends like sheer/chiffon dresses, broad shoulders jackets, and strong colour combinations have been rocking the runaways, how do you feel about rocking them too, as street style or cool social pictures, or do you prefer to make your statement no matter the trends?”
“I love them. I love keeping up with the new concepts brought to us by fashion companies. That is because I love exploring. I don’t stick to one specific style. I wake up in the morning and dress according to my mood. One day I am wearing a suit and I look like a businesswoman, and the next day I wear baggy jeans and a crop top rocking the street style.”

6. “The concept of fashion blogging is evolving at a fast pace nowadays. Which new challenges
does this present?”
“Being a fashion blogger it’s not easy! You have to be updated all the time with the latest trends
and styles, so you need to put time into researching. Also, nowadays everyone wants to become a fashion blogger! There are so many new bloggers every day, so first things first, it is hard to gain a loyal audience. People want to see something original, and authentic, so you have to be creative and honest with your audience since credibility is very important. Another challenge is to monetize your blog, by finding the right platform and brands to work with.”

7. “What is the one item you can’t resist buying?”
“Absolutely a designer handbag! They are a status symbol and a fashion statement. Nowadays they are even considered an investment.”

8.” Have you ever considered being a fashion designer?”
“I have! As I said earlier, it was a childhood dream. Maybe someday. I am already rethinking it.”

9. “Do you consider yourself a postmodernist or a classic kind of girl?”
“Best of both worlds. Why choose one when you can choose both? I dress according to my mood and the event, of course, sometimes relying on what impression I want others to create about me. Your outfit does not talk, it SCREAMS.”

10. “The world of social media keeps on being updated, what do you do to improve your skills and abilities?”
“I stay updated all the time. Which is very important. I read articles, I scroll for hours on different social media, I read relevant blogs, and watch fashion shows and their new collections. I also check the analytics of my posts: To see what my audience has liked the most. I try to find new ways to engage with followers, identify trends, to excel in my content strategy. There is so much information online, you just need to have the desire to always be learning.”

11. “Tell me which topics you write about the most.”
“Latest trends, what will be the colour of the season, comments on how celebrities were dressed at different events, what to avoid wearing, and how to find your style.”

12. “What are the best strategies to rank higher as a fashion blogger?”
“Learning about how to constantly grow your social media. Visibility is everything. You need to be updated on the latest trends of the platform, you are using to promote yourself and use them to benefit you in the best way. Another great strategy is using different social media platforms. This way you reach a bigger audience. Also, it is very important to know the quality of the material you are posting. High-quality photography and audio! Networking: finding your way to attend fashion shows and partner with brands. This is also a great chance to meet other influencers and cross-promote each other. And of course, once you have established your name as a high-ranked fashion blogger, you need to maintain that status.”
